الوصف الوظيفي:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect Designer/ Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves developing detailed architectural plans, designing functional and inspiring environments, and utilizing advanced software to create captivating 3D models and visual representations of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, along with strong skills in project management, interior decoration, and structural design.

متطلبات الفرصة:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong portfolio that includes project implementation, interior decoration, and structural design.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Corona Render, Photoshop, D5, Lumion, or other video rendering and 3D modeling tools.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building design, zoning regulations, construction methods, and proficiency in producing shop drawings and accurate cost estimates.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex design ideas to clients and team members.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team, integrating various design elements for cohesive project outcomes.
Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure precision in design and implementation.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
